Cancellation

Events for up to 20 participants can be canceled free of charge up to 14 days before the event. After this, 50% of the total number of booked participants will be charged.

Events for more than 20 participants can be canceled free of charge up to 4 weeks before the event. If canceled less than 4 weeks before, 25% of the maximum number of booked participants will be charged. If canceled less than 2 weeks before, 50% of the maximum number of booked participants will be charged. If canceled less than 1 week before, 100% of the maximum number of booked participants will be charged.

Changes

A reduction in the number of participants exceeding 50% of the total booked must be made no later than 14 days before the event. After this, 50% of the participant price will be charged for the difference between the reduced number of participants and 50% of the originally booked total. For example, if a group size is reduced after the deadline from 40 to 15 participants, full payment is required for 15 participants, and 50% payment is required for 5 participants.

A reduction in the number of participants by up to 25% must be made no later than 1 week before the event. After this, 50% of the participant price will be charged for absent participants. For example, if a reduction is made from 40 to 25 participants after the deadline, full payment is required for 25 participants, and 50% payment is required for 5 participants. One week before the event, the number of participants is finalized for payment purposes. Payment for absent participants will also be charged.
